Show Notes

“Medical intervention does not do the healing. It's a physical mechanism. The power of the healing is the power that grows your fingernails, the digesting of breakfast, that we had home, getting our heart beating… the whole spiritual or cosmic intelligence that does that. Further, God or the universe decided to make me unemployable, after two positions were eliminated. So I went through my valley of the shadow death, if you will.” In this episode, Christian and I discuss shifting from the glass is half-empty mindset to the glass is half-full mindset.

Christian Grieco Bio

Christian lives in Upstate NY with his wife of 32 years and is a father to two adult children. Christian began his career at Environmental Advocates NY, a non-profit environmental lobbying group, where he provided operational and IT support. He later worked in IT consulting and honed his skills in process improvement and project management. Christian holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from The College of Saint Rose, where he studied as a part-time adult student and an MBA in Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College. After graduation, he was invited to teach and author sustainable business courses at the college.

As the founder and president of Optimus One, LLC, Christian combines his passion for environmental protection and business improvement to offer a triple-bottom-line approach to organizations, both for-profit and non-profit. He implements his "3-Dimensional Business Model," putting people and continuous improvement at the core, rather than solely focusing on profit or mission.  This year is an especially good year as he is a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, who will be going to the Super Bowl in 2023.
